As a 760-hour certified Yoga Teacher in Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Kids Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Yin Yoga I have had the privilege of leading yoga and wellness retreats internationally, guiding participants toward personal transformation and self-discovery. Other than power Vinyasa and traditional Hatha Yoga, my expertise extends to various yoga styles, including Yin, Restorative, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and more.

My mission is to help people explore the unparalleled beauty within and around them through yoga and wellness. I firmly believe that yoga has the power to rejuvenate and transform lives, increasing awareness, improving balance, and fostering a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit. I am passionate about sharing this journey of well-being.
