Bali Bliss Yoga Retreat
Bali has been one of the most transformative places in my life. A land of softness, devotion, and
quiet magic. A place where offerings sit on the ground each morning like gentle reminders: life is
sacred, even in the ordinary.
In October 2026, I’m returning — not as a tourist, not as someone chasing the next beautiful
view — but to share something deeply intentional.
This is not a rushed itinerary. Not a checklist of sights. Not the Instagram version of Bali. This is
a slow, soulful journey into presence. Into your body.Into ritual. In connection with yourself and
like-minded people.

What’s This Retreat About?
This is an 11 days yoga & cultural immersion for busy individuals who want to take a pause,
slow down from their busy lives and reconnect with their bodies and themselves through Yoga,
Pilates and nervous system regulation while discovering the off-the-beaten-track beauty of Bali
and its traditions.
We begin in Ubud, the spiritual and cultural heart of Bali.
Our home sits on a quiet street just moments from everything — cafés, temples, rice fields —
yet removed enough to feel like a sanctuary. Within minutes of walking, you’re surrounded by
swaying palms and endless green terraces. Incense lingers in the morning air. Temple bells
echo in the distance.
Our days there are spacious and intentional.
We gather in the mornings for movement that feels like listening rather than performing. An
intuitive blend of yoga and mindful strength, shaped by what your body actually needs — not
what looks impressive. No pressure to push. No choreography to perfect. Just breath,
awareness, and support.
This is the work I’ve devoted my life to — guiding people back into relationship with their own
bodies. I didn’t come to yoga through flexibility or acrobatics. I came through scoliosis. Through
chronic neck and lower back pain. Through injury that forced me to stop overriding my body and
start listening to it.
For years, I searched for movement that felt nourishing instead of demanding. Yoga became my
anchor. Later, Pilates became the support that allowed me to build strength without strain. That
integration — softness and stability — is what makes this experience different.
You won’t leave exhausted. You’ll leave supported.
Beyond the mat, Ubud invites us into ritual.
-
You will learn to create your own canang sari — the daily offerings woven from palm leaves and flowers. You’ll place them gently on temple steps and sidewalks, not as a performance, but as participation.
-
You will experience a Melukat water purification ceremony, stepping into cool sacred waters, releasing what feels heavy, allowing something quieter to surface.
-
We will visit temples not to observe, but to understand. Guided respectfully. With context. With reverence.
-
Conversations over dinner won’t skim the surface. Something about Bali — about
slowing down — opens people. You’ll find yourself speaking more honestly. Listening
more deeply. Feeling seen without needing to explain everything.
And then we shift to the sea.
In Candidasa, on Bali’s peaceful eastern coast, time moves differently.
The rhythm of the waves replaces the rhythm of traffic. The air feels softer. The sun sets wide
and slow over the water.
Here, integration happens. Morning practice overlooking the ocean. Afternoons exploring water
palaces and quiet lagoons. Unstructured time to simply be — to journal, swim, rest, wander.
Your nervous system begins to exhale in a way you didn’t realize it needed.
Who’s this Retreat For?
This retreat is for you if...
-
You live with constant low-level tension — tight neck, aching back, braced shoulders — and you’ve started calling it “normal.”
-
You wake up already thinking about what’s next, and your energy feels depleted before the day has even begun.
-
You move through your life full — full schedule, full inbox, full responsibilities — yet something in you feels quietly tired.
-
You feel guilty taking time for yourself, whether it’s a yoga class or something bigger like a retreat.
-
You’ve tried yoga, but lately it feels like another place to perform, improve, or keep up.
-
You either push through everything... or shut down completely. Slowing down feels unfamiliar — even uncomfortable.
-
Even in beautiful places, your mind keeps running. You don’t fully arrive.
-
You crave rest — not just sleep or a weekend off — but the kind of rest that comes from feeling safe in your body again.
-
You want to return home steadier than when you left.
Why this Retreat?
Because you don’t need another escape. You don’t need a packed schedule, a luxury resort, or a week of aesthetically pleasing yoga photos. You need a recalibration. Most retreats focus on packed schedules, checking boxes of sightseeing places, and yoga that doesn’t include everyone - people either feel pushed too far or left unchallenged.
This is different.
What makes this retreat unlike others:
-
We blend yoga and Pilates intelligently — so you leave stronger and more supported and more aware of emotional patterns that could be creating stress, tension, and pain in your body.
-
Movement is responsive to the group — not pre-choreographed. I can read the group's vibe like no one can and offer everyone exactly what they need from the practice, without them even knowing they needed it. Either bring on a challenging flow that pushes you to places you haven't been before (safely) or create a grounding and nurturing class so we can slow down.
-
We work with the nervous system, not against it. We don’t need to push our bodies into postures that don’t serve us, and because of the ego, we move through postures safely, with respect and honour for the temple we use.
-
Cultural experiences are guided with trusted local partnership and genuine respect — not tourism disguised as spirituality.
-
The pace is slow on purpose. You allocate time to classes and visits, but also simply be: read, journal, sunbathe by the pool, or connect with the other participants.
-
The group is intimate — so you are known, not lost in a crowd. I intentionally create spaces where people can connect and feel held by me. I have an innate ability to make people feel seen, included, and positively vulnerable in my presence, and that immediately creates a sense of feeling like going on a holiday with friends.

Meet Your Teacher
Hi, I am Bojana
At the heart of my teaching is guiding people back into a relationship with their own bodies.
I encourage students to listen to the subtle, quiet cues the body offers and to move intuitively, with curiosity and awareness, while always feeling supported and safe.
My teaching is deeply informed by lived experience. Coming from a background of scoliosis, I discovered yoga as a practice that finally felt nourishing rather than depleting — both physically and mentally. Through it, I found relief in my body and a quieting of the many voices in my mind, learning to be fully present not just on the mat, but in life. This embodied understanding is a gift I now share in my retreats and classes.
After years of practice, I also navigated chronic pain, including neck and lower back pain and a hamstring injury. Rather than pushing through, I chose to listen. This led me to incorporate Pilates into my teaching, giving my students the strength, stability, and support needed to sustain a joyful, long-term yoga practice. This integration is a powerful part of what makes my work unique — helping students not only move beautifully, but feel strong, resilient, and supported in their bodies.
