My Journey

With a full group of 12 wonderful souls, we came together as mothers & daughters, sisters, friends, couples, solo travelers, and many of my yoga students from Luxembourg. Other than practicing yoga every day by the beautiful Adriatic, exploring ancient villages, island hopping, eating nourishing vegetarian food, and also local delicacies, we shared kindness, connection, and moments that felt like pure magic.

An unforgettable yoga, wellness & spiritual retreat in beautiful Budapest, where I was guiding 10 wonderful people from the UK and Luxembourg through daily Vinyasa yoga practices, Yin Yoga, Nidra, and even a 108 Sun Salutations. We also explored a bit of Normafa together and went on an amazing candlelight dinner cruise on the Danube. 

Reconnecting with nature during 5 days of yoga and hiking in Andalusia's serene Parque Natural. From invigorating morning Vinyasa flows to tranquil evening sessions of Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

During June 2023, I had the exciting role of being a Yoga Teacher on a Surf & Yoga Retreat in the captivating location of Ofir, Portugal, combining the serenity of yoga with the thrill of surfing.

In May 2023, I embraced the role of a Yoga Teacher in the picturesque surroundings of Valencia, Spain. Other than flowing through Power Vinyasa and guiding people on a relaxing candlelight Yoga Nidra; we purified our body with Prana Kriya & Kundalini Yoga on the beach.

March 2023 marked a transformative chapter as I completed a profound 100-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh, India.

In February 2023, I completed a 30-hour Nuad Bo-Rarn Thai Massage Course in Chiang Mai, Thailand adding another dimension to my journey of holistic well-being, having already become a skilled Swedish Massage Therapist.

From December 2022 to January 2023, I had the incredible opportunity to share my passion as a Yoga Teacher in the stunning Maldives, guiding guests toward relaxation and rejuvenation in a breathtaking paradise.

In 15 transformative days, I led 2 retreats, guiding 26 diverse yoga sessions and fostering deep connections among 20 participants from around the world through yoga and shared experiences at an Ecofarm nestled near the vibrant city of Valencia, Spain.

As a Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist, I had the privilege of sharing my passion for both relaxation and well-being at a gorgeous resort in the enchanting Isla Bastimentos, Panama.

I had the honor of guiding and teaching as a Yoga Retreat Leader on the captivating Isla Colon in Panama, fostering wellness and growth in an idyllic setting.

I completed an intensive 300-hour Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training held against the stunning backdrop of Panama's natural beauty and after I was granted an internship opportunity to assist with the 200-hour YTT course.

I immersed myself in learning by undertaking a rigorous 50-hour Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in Misano Adriatico, Italy.

I hosted revitalizing yoga sessions on a deluxe cruise, offering participants a unique wellness experience amidst the breathtaking vistas of Croatia's coast for the second time.

I enriched my teaching skills by completing a 100-hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training in Budapest, Hungary.

From July to December 2019, I had the incredible opportunity to teach yoga at a boutique yoga studio in sunny San Diego, California.

Led invigorating yoga sessions on a luxurious cruise in the stunning Adriatic waters of Croatia.

Successfully completed a transformative 200-hour Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in Misano Adriatico, Italy.
